$200 Refundable Cleaning Deposit; everything must be returned to their original condition, or charges may be incurred.

Lawn Rental

Conference Room Rental
Our conference room is 396 square feet and is carpeted with a large conference table that seats 10 and an elegant sofa that seats 6.
Rental Rates
- General Rate: $25 per hour
- 501 c3 Non-profit Rate: $15 per hour
Rental Terms
- No additional setup or optional features available
- Rental must occur during the museum's business hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- The conference room is private but it's not completely closed off; it adjoins several active NWTHS offices
- Minimum three hour rental
Museum Rental Policies
General
- Times must include set-up/take-down; any overages will be charged accordingly
- To secure your event's date(s) and location(s), a deposit equal to half of the total amount due is required up front
- All Events Must be held between 7 am and 10 pm
- Any last minute setup requests will be charged accordingly
Alcohol
- Museum Bartender available for $40 per three-hour block, $15 per hour afterward
- Beer and/or wine is available only through the Museum at $3.00 per beer and $4.00 per glass of wine, with proceeds benefiting the Museum
- No hard liquor is allowed under the Museum’s special, limited liquor license unless the event is catered, in which case the caterer must have an endorsement on their all-beverage license, a copy of which must accompany the contract
- Corkage Fee For Beer and Wine through Caterers: $40 per three-hour block, $15 per hour afterward
- Any custom beer and wine surplus after the event must be bought by the renter at cost
Cancellations
- Less than 7-day notice: 25% of total fee
- No warning: Forfeit entire deposit
