Above: At the campaign launch party Aug. 11 we engaged hundreds of visitors about the museum’s work and upcoming events, and taught dozens of people how to bind a history of Central School, Kalispell’s oldest building and home of the Northwest Montana History Museum.
Until Sept. 11, supporters of Flathead Valley nonprofits, including the Northwest Montana History Museum, can contribute through the Whitefish Community Foundation’s Great Fish Community Challenge and take advantage of a percentage match once a participating nonprofit reaches the $10,000 mark.
Right now the museum is making its way to that milestone!
We hope you will take a moment to support the museum and the other 88 nonprofits selected for this year’s campaign either online or by stopping by one of the biweekly pop-up donation stations throughout the valley. Or just come in to the museum and fill out the form–we’d love to see you and are happy to deliver your gift to the organizers of the campaign (check made out to Whitefish Community Foundation).
Thank you to all past, present, and future supporters of the museum! We look forward to another successful campaign boosting the good in the valley.
